Name: Tele Rojas

Position: Maintenance Manager We’re proud to shine the spotlight on Tele Rojas, our dedicated and highly skilled Maintenance Manager, whose leadership is essential to the reliability and efficiency of operations at both Divina and Phoenix. With deep expertise as a manufacturing mechanic, Tele plays a critical role in maintaining and repairing the advanced equipment that powers our production processes.

His responsibilities include leading a rigorous preventive maintenance program across two buildings, performing routine inspections, and troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. He also installs and calibrates new equipment, supports infrastructure upgrades, and ensures all maintenance documentation complies with company and industry standards. Tele is highly proficient in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals, which enables him to quickly identify and address issues before they impact operations.

Tele’s commitment to excellence ensures that systems run smoothly, safely, and in full compliance with safety regulations, directly contributing to our productivity and operational success. He exemplifies the expertise, reliability, and dedication that define our maintenance team, and we’re grateful to have him as a cornerstone of our organization.

Background: Tele’s journey with Phoenix/Divina began in 1997, shortly after arriving in the U.S. from Peru. He brought valuable hands-on experience from his time as a supervisor at Morillas, a respected Peruvian bus bodywork company, where he specialized in metal construction, diesel engines, soldering, and engine testing. This strong technical foundation set the stage for his career in manufacturing.

In 2007, after a decade with Phoenix/Divina, Tele joined Silgan Holdings (formerly Albea Group) as a Process Technician, overseeing assembly and liner machines for major brands like Aveeno, Clinique, Estée Lauder, and Mary Kay. His role demanded expertise with complex systems, including turbo spray painting equipment, and required a high level of precision.

Returning to Phoenix in 2020, Tele described the moment as “coming home.” His passion and long-standing connection to the team have made him a valued part of the Phoenix/Divina family.

Years with Divina/Phoenix: Tele first joined Phoenix in 1997 and spent ten years with the company before exploring other opportunities. In 2020, we were excited to welcome him back to the Phoenix/Divina family, where he continues to make valuable contributions!

Unique Fun Facts: Tele is passionate about soccer and a proud supporter of Real Madrid—his favorite team from Spain. Tele says, “Watching their matches is more than just a hobby; it’s a way for me to unwind, stay connected to the sport I love, and feel inspired by their teamwork and drive for excellence.”

Personal Life: Tele says, “I was born in Peru and moved to the United States in 1997. Shortly after arriving, I began my journey with Phoenix, which has become like a second home to me. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family—including my two sons, three daughters, and three wonderful grandchildren!”

DIVINA/PHOENIX BILLING UPDATE – EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2025

Dear Valued Customer,

As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service while maintaining the financial health of our operations, we are writing to inform you of an important change to our billing policy. Beginning July 1, 2025, a finance charge of 1.75% per month will be applied to any past-due balances. Interest will accrue monthly and appear on your statement; no separate invoice will be issued. We understand financial issues can arise and are here to support you with any account questions or concerns.
