Position: As a chemical engineer, Arlenny Ortiz plays a crucial role in driving the production of Divina/Phoenix at our Container Drive location. She efficiently manages the production schedule to ensure that all sales orders for clients are manufactured in a safe and timely manner. Her leadership of the production team and meticulous attention to material requirements in the chemical manufacturing process ensure smooth daily operations.
Background: Arlenny recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. Her career began at a leading ice cream factory in the Dominican Republic, where she developed her skills as a production intern and then advanced to the production planner team in the purchasing department. These experiences have equipped her with the expertise to excel in her current role at Phoenix.
Years with Divina/Phoenix: Arlenny joined Divina/Phoenix in November 2024. Although she has only been with the company for a short time, her impact is already felt. Her anniversary date is November 4th, marking the beginning of her promising journey with Divina/Phoenix.
Unique Fun Facts: Arlenny has a passion for adventure, traveling, and discovering different cultures. As each culture presents a unique way of life, it becomes an opportunity to see and learn new perspectives, creating a positive impact on the world. She loves to go to the beach, where she enjoys clearing her mind and soaking up the sun and scenery.
Personal Life: Arlenny and her boyfriend share a home together. She has strong family values, and is looking forward to starting a family and beginning her own family traditions in the future. This sense of purpose and personal fulfillment radiates a positive energy that Arlenny brings into her professional life. She’s excited about the adventure of what life brings next!
