Name: Karimild “Kari” Sanabria

Position: Kari’s role as Production Planner at Divina/Phoenix’s Napco Drive facility, is for the production and decoration departments to have everything they need to fulfill orders. She oversees the materials, schedules, and coordination needed to ensure our team delivers high-quality silk screen printing and pressure-sensitive labeling for a wide range of industries. Her goal is to maintain an efficient workflow, minimize delays, and keep our commitment to accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery.

Production Scheduling — Develop and manage detailed production plans to meet customer deadlines efficiently. 

Inventory Management — Tracking orders and monitoring inventory levels and coordinating timely pur- chasing to avoid shortages and maintain smooth operations. 

Cross-Department Collaboration — Work closely with our production and decoration teams to keep production running smoothly. Coordinating timelines with purchasing, production, and quality control. 

Problem-Solving & Process Improvement — Anticipate bottlenecks, address challenges proactively, solve problems quickly, and look for ways to continuously improve our workflow. 

Attention to Detail — Carefully oversee each step of the production and decoration process to ensure every order meets our strict quality standards and delivers the level of excellence our customers expect. Kari says,

Background: Kari began her journey with Divina/Phoenix more than five years ago, starting hands-on in the Decoration Department, where she labeled bottles by hand. She steadily gained experience operating the machines and was later promoted to second-shift supervisor. Her drive and dedication opened the door to a new opportunity, and she transitioned into the role of Production Planner. After a time away for personal reasons, we were happy to welcome Kari back in February 2024! When she resumed her position, she brought not only her valuable experience but also a renewed dedication to our team and customers.

Unique Fun Facts:  Kari loves family adventures and cherishes every opportunity to create lasting memories with them. Whether it’s visiting resorts with water parks, taking scenic walks around Connecticut, or discovering new places where her daughter can have fun and learn at the same time. For Kari, exploring together is not just a way to unwind, it’s a meaningful way to connect as a family.

Personal Life:  Kari shares, I am a woman of faith, happily married, and a proud mother. I strive to set an example of self-improvement for my daughter and value every moment we spend as a family.
