We are very excited to announce the addition of Mark Massicotte, who officially joined our Phoenix Products Company and Divina Salon Products team on July 28th! This date marks the beginning of a new chapter as Mark steps into the role of Director of Manufacturing, responsible for overseeing and leading all production operations in our Container Drive and Napco Drive facilities. 

With his skilled leadership and deep expertise in chemical production, Mark will be driving improvements across scheduling, forecasting, and inventory management. As Mark introduces new strategies to streamline and optimize operations, enhance quality, and production and inventory to support timely deliveries, our customers can look forward to greater efficiency, reliability, and responsiveness from our team. 

Mark will also mentor team members to enhance both efficiency and performance. Expect stronger teamwork, innovation, and a renewed focus on continually raising our service standards to better meet your needs. Combining his hands-on expertise and proven track record in leading large-scale operations, he is well-positioned to help strengthen our organization from day one.

Background: Mark brings with him an impressive 41 years of experience in the chemical production industry, including 39 years as Plant Manager at Pharmacal Research Labs, Inc. Pharmacal is an international specialty chemical supplier serving the laboratory research field. During his tenure there, Mark managed full-scale production, shipping, and warehousing operations while ensuring regulatory compliance with both federal and state requirements. His hands-on expertise and ability to drive large-scale operational success will make positive impacts within Phoenix/Divina, for a focus on strategic growth initiatives.

Unique Fun Facts: Mark’s favorite sport is golf! He recently hit the greens with Phoenix at Conspa’s 11th Annual Charity Golf Tournament. He helped keep his team in contention, while benefiting The Children of Fallen Patriots. He loves being outdoors, so for Mark, it’s the perfect mix of fresh air, friendly competition, and fun for a good cause!

Personal Life: Mark has been happily married for 38 wonderful years, and is a proud father of three and grandfather to five. He loves and values quality time with his family, enjoys beach vacations, and traveling—always savoring life’s special moments.
