Promoted Position:  Production Manager, Container Drive Facility

In his new role, Johnatan oversees all aspects of the production process, from start to finish, for the Container Drive Warehouse. This includes all Divina and a portion of Phoenix products for planning and coordinating production schedules, managing material orders, tracking inventory levels, and supervising batch creation to ensure consistent quality. He also works closely with Quality Control, Shipping, and Procurement to ensure smooth operations across departments.

A key part of his job is monitoring efficiency,addressing production challenges, and implementing improvements where needed.

Additionally, he uploads and organizes all required documentation into our system, maintains compliance with company standards, and supports our team by fostering a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Jonathan says, “My goal is to lead a production process that not only runs smoothly but also drives continuous improvement, helping Phoenix and Divina provide exceptional products and services.”

Background: Before joining Phoenix/Divina, Johnatan gained valuable teamwork and logistics experience as a Stock Associate at Target, where he managed truck unloads, organized inventory, and collaborated with his team to ensure store shelves were fully stocked and ready for customers each morning.

Johnatan has contributed to Phoenix/Divina with dedication and growth. While he briefly stepped away to pursue his passion for audio engineering, he has since returned and continues to make a strong impact.

Unique Fun Facts: Outside of work, Johnatan channels his creativity as an audio engineer and music producer, dedicating much of his free time to recording, mixing, and producing music. His love for sound extends beyond the studio. Johnatan says, “I’m also a huge music fan and when I am not creating music, I’m always listening and discovering new tunes across various genres.”

Personal Life: Johnatan shares, “I am excitedly preparing for one of life’s greatest joys, the arrival of my first child! I enjoy finding happiness in spending quality time with family. Simple pleasures are what I cherish most, like sharing dinner together and taking walks in the park with loved ones.”
