Ivex’s journey at Phoenix began as a Bottle Decorating Operator, a role she held for 16 years while also assisting in various other production departments. Her extensive hands-on experience allowed her to transition into a supervisory role ten years ago, where she now oversees a team of five. As a supervisor, Ivex utilizes her leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to maintain efficient operations and uphold top-tier production standards. She also excels in team management, training, and quality control, ensuring that every order meets the company’s high expectations.

Background: Before joining Phoenix, Ivex worked at a bridal boutique in Peru, where she specialized in decorating wedding dresses and accessories for brides. This role helped her develop an exceptional eye for detail, precision, and creativity—skills that she continues to apply in her work today. Additionally, working in a boutique environment strengthened her customer service abilities, time management, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, all of which contribute to her success as a supervisor.

Fitness is an important part of my life, and I especially enjoy Zumba as a fun and effective way to stay active. In my free time, I love watching soccer and volleyball, appreciating the excitement and strategy behind both sports.”

Personal Life: Ivex says, “I consider myself a very calm and hardworking person. I enjoy teaching and mentoring others. At work, over the years, I have learned how to prepare printing screens, fix machines when they break, and create paint color formulas.” Her remarkable professional growth inspires dedication and expertise, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration among colleagues.
