Expanding Production

DIVINA IS GROWING

How is Divina going to support your growing needs?
We are EXPANDING! We are making large equipment purchases that will speed production up by FIVE TIMES MORE than what we are currently producing and shorten lead times!

New Crème Peroxide Production Department
We have just received the first parts for our two new 1,000-gallon holding tanks, which have been placed on a custom steel constructed stand that can hold up to 20,000 pounds of weight. These are gravity feed systems, instead of relying on pumping equipment that can break down over time, drain energy resources, or have an overflow issue. These tanks are more efficient and safer, and they will be filled consistently for increased production to keep up with our growing demand!

New Jacketed Hot Batch Tank
Our new, 3,000-gallon jacketed hot batch tank will be arriving soon! All of Divina’s tanks are dedicated solely to making Divina products, and there are multiple Divina SKUs on our production schedule every day.

PROJECTIONS HELP WITH LEAD TIMES

Share your monthly demand forecasts

Are You Tired of Long Lead Times?
Plan ahead and reduce long lead times by forecasting your demand and ordering monthly!

Though our production lines are improving with the addition of large equipment purchases, so is the demand for our products. A projection of anticipated monthly purchases would help us know how much stock to keep in inventory and how much raw materials we need to order. Most of the raw materials we order come with lead times as well, so please help us plan accordingly. Some of our clients have already provided us with this information. If you haven’t, please send over what you will purchase each month for the remainder of 2022, so we can keep our inventory at the levels they need to be to keep you supplied at all times. Remember that the earlier your PO is in, the less likely you will run out of stock. Being out of stock causes lost sales, so let’s work together to keep your inventory up.
